Refund policy
1. Eligibility
– Returns and refunds are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
– Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact.
– Not valid for sale items, perishable goods, personal care items if opened, or gift cards.
2. Defective or Damaged Items
– In case of defects or damage during transit, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos.
– We’ll offer a replacement or full refund upon verification.
3. Non-Defective Returns
– For buyer’s remorse, you may return the item within 7 days. A 10% restocking fee may apply.
– You’re responsible for return shipping unless due to our error.
4. Return Process
a. Contact customer support through email or phone.
b. Include order number, product details, reason, and photographs if applicable.
c. We’ll provide return instructions and an approval code.
5. Refunds
– Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you.
– Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.
– Shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
– Exchanges are processed as a return followed by a new order.
